Thanks, Michelle, for your cogent thoughts on Mrs. Shiavo's death -- a shameful event best laid at the feet of state and federal judges, not the Congress, state legislature, governor or the President. I likened Terri's death at the hands of an arrogant and unaccountable judiciary as akin to the fate of Japanese Americans in the 1940's and black American slaves eons ago -- they sought and expected relief and rescue from Americans of good will, to no avail. Your concise and thoughtful writings remind us all that diligence is a necessary duty for all citizens. Again, thanks.
